What makes LDG different?
It’s All in the Details at LDG
My path to becoming a private jeweler wasn’t traditional—it was shaped by a life devoted to artistry, movement, and detail. Before I ever studied diamonds and pearls at GIA, I spent years performing on the global stage as a classical ballet dancer. Ballet taught me discipline, precision, and the pursuit of perfect lines, but also left me with lasting injuries that eventually guided me toward a new career.

From there, I moved into product development with Bunheads Dance Accessories, where I learned the intricacies of design, innovation, and craftsmanship.
Later, I opened a Pilates and Gyrotonic® studio in Saratoga Springs, where I spent decades working with clients—from dancers to equestrians—helping them achieve balance, strength, and success. Over the years, I became known as a trusted connector, someone who could listen closely, understand needs, and create meaningful solutions.
That trust eventually led me here to LaFayette Diamonds & Gems.
A longtime client once asked me to recommend a private jeweler. When I hesitated, they told me, “You’re the only one we trust.” That moment changed everything. I pursued my GIA education, fell in love with the world of diamonds and pearls, and discovered a new way to channel the artistry and discipline that had defined my life.
Today, LDG is the culmination of all those experiences. Every bespoke piece reflects the same qualities I’ve carried through each career: an unwavering eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the artistry of balance and movement. With timeless craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and quiet luxury, I’m proud to create jewelry that tells your story and becomes part of your legacy.
